Technical Assignment #1

For the rest of the quarter, we will be working on a TECHNICAL WRITING UNIT.

Each student will be required to plan the ultimate “Fantasy Getaway” vacation as a part of our Technical Writing unit.  (10) TECHNICAL WRITING ASSIGNMENTS will be required for the project.  Some will be done in class and some will be done AT HOME.

On Thursday, April 3rd, students handed in the FIRST requirement...........

The FIRST requirement is:

Request Letter – This is a business letter requesting information about the vacation of your choice and all that is included with it (hotel, airfare, things to do/places of  interest).

This letter is going to be written in BUSINESS LETTER FORMAT to a travel agent or agency – you make it up.

This letter must be typed.  Students used laptops on Thursday to type letters.
Refer to your notes for proper format and text requirements.
