Finding Forrester

We are watching the movie, FINDING FORRESTER.  Students are taking notes and will be required to write a MOVIE REVIEW.
The movie will take Wed., Thurs., and Friday.  Students will get their guidelines on Friday.  The final MOVIE REVIEW will be completed IN CLASS on Monday and Tuesday, 11/19 & 11/20.

STORY LINE
Because of scoring exceptionally high on a state wide standardized exam and being an exceptionally good basketball player, Jamal Wallace is sent to a prestigious prep school in Manhattan. He soon befriends the reclusive writer, William Forrester (played by Sean Connery). The friendship leads to William to overcome his reclusivness and for Jamal to overcome the racial prejudices and pursue his true dream - writing. FIND OUT MORE...
