HOMOPHONE Test

Friday is the HOMOPHONE TEST.

It is NOT a traditional spelling test.  Students were given (20) spelling/vocabulary words, and have been adding homophones to them for the past week.  They were instructed to add words from homework sheet 19, 20/ 21 and Ex. 24, 25 from the Grammar textbook.
THIS will be their STUDY GUIDE.

ring - sound of bell; jewelry for finger
scale - outside of a fish; to climb; a tool for measurement
record - music albums; official papers
mind - obey: think about: brain: take care of
quarter - 1/2; 25cents; a living area/room/space
account - the telling of events; money put in bank
