Revising Narratives

For the past two days (Monday and Tuesday), we have been working on revising our narratives in class.
Students used a REVISION ACTIVITY sheet to complete a series of exercises with their narratives.  FOR EXAMPLE:
1.  Circle (7) verbs.  Use a thesaurus to REPLACE EACH verb.
2.  Highlight (8) nouns in the paper.  Add ONE adjective to EACH noun.
3. Separate your paper into paragraphs.  ADD a transition to each paragraph.
4.  Add two sentences to each paragraph - adding a detail.

Drafts of NARRATIVES were collected on Tuesday for REVIEW.  They will be handed back on Wednesday for students to add a conversation (DIALOGUE).

NO HOMEWORK - Monday or Tuesday
